Christmas Shipping Cut-Off Dates

Please order before the following dates if you are ordering as a Christmas gift. 

Please note that these dates are based on dates given by Australia Post, including our production time. It is also based on orders sent to and from Metro areas. If you are ordering from a rural area, we would recommend ordering even earlier. 

We do not give any guarantee that your order will arrive before Christmas

How are the air fresheners made?

Our car air fresheners are made out of %100 Cotton Absorbent Paper designed to soak up tasty fragrances and produce excellent image quality.

We print directly onto this material so there is no layer on top that will peel off.

What are the scents?

We use several different scents including essential oils, and fragrance oils. They smell amazing! If you find that after a while of being in your car the fragrance starts to fade, you can add your favourite essential oil or even perfume to freshen it up!

Please avoid letting the air freshener come in contact with other surfaces in case of staining. 

What is the production time? 

Our production time is extended at the moment as Christmas is our busiest time of year! It is currently about 4-7 business days. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME. Please note if you order 'Express Shipping', this will not escalate the production time. Most of our personalised products are processed sooner rather than later. 

What about shipping? 

At this point in time, we do not ship internationally.

We use Australia Post to send our products throughout Australia. Tracking will be available once your order has been sent. Shipping times will depend on your location. Shipping times do not include manufacture. If the product you order is personalised, please allow between 2-4 business days for your order to be processed. 

Please make sure you provide the correct address. If you have made an error during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible. If you do not receive your package, or it is returned to us due to an incorrect address, this may incur a return freight charge. Once the order has been shipped, Personalised Mates is not responsible for any loss or damage.

Express Shipping (1-3 days): Smaller Items - $8.75

Express Shipping (1-3 days): Larger Items - $11.50

Can I make a change to my order or cancel it? 

We aim to ship orders as soon as possible once they are made, so we may not be able to cancel or change your order. However please contact us and let us know if you have any queries and we will try our best to help.
